About Christine

Christine’s deep love of yoga asana began from the tender age of 14. What started as a curiosity over challenging movements, ultimately grew to become a deep appreciation of mindfulness and self-inquiry. With this deep passion for the yogic process combined with her training in Physiotherapy, Christine brings a grounding presence and drops of clarity in every class.

About Crystal

Crystal first began meditating at 8 years of age and her fascination with Eastern sciences grew steadily from there on. Nothing fulfils her more than seeing others reach their potential. When she’s not teaching or studying yoga, she can be found coaching as a therapist. In the therapy room or yoga studio, her offerings are dedicated to sharing the Vedic philosophies that deepen your connection to the truest, brightest and fullest version of yourself.
